What Twin Ledger is

Twin Ledger is a private financial platform for households. It keeps accounts, budgets, planning, property, and records in one place, with end-to-end encrypted data and shared visibility for the people in the household who need it.

The platform does not show advertising, sell data, or track users. It is built for households rather than solo budgeting.

The company

Twin Ledger, Inc. is a small, independent company with backgrounds in fintech, accounting, and audit. Departure Day, a travel planning product, began inside Twin Ledger and is operated by the same company.

The Founder

Twin Ledger was founded by Jeffrey Payne, a technology executive with a background in SaaS platforms and payments technology. He previously co-founded Flex Rental Solutions, a rental management platform for the event industry, and BlockChyp, a payments platform for independent software vendors. Before BlockChyp, he worked on the Ocean Medallion program at Princess Cruises, an early connected guest experience platform. After Stax Payments acquired BlockChyp, he built Twin Ledger as a full-featured household platform for families who want real-time financial clarity. Departure Day, a travel planning platform for serious travelers, started inside Twin Ledger and grew into its own product.

Pricing and access

Platform access starts at $1,200 per year per family. Twin Ledger is available by invitation only, with no public sign-up.

Current Twin Ledger families can send invitations to trusted households. Households without an existing connection can request an invitation from the home page, and we reach out when Twin Ledger is a good fit.
